Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

This warranty only applies to the machines sold by obode’s official channel and is subject to the adherence to the requirements outlined in this instruction manual, this Limited Warranty is limited to the terms set forth below.

obode provides a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the consumer’s owner country of residence with one (1) year(Germany:2 years)starting from the date of delivery for the new machine and six (6) –month warranty for the battery. The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.

We do not warrant Products not purchased from Us or Our Dealers.  

In the event that a Product is used in an improper way and it fails to meet the warranty standard, we will offer the solution to either repair or replace the Product at the consumer’s cost. 

Warranty Limitation

The warranty will not apply in case of
  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of appliance, use of non-approved accessories

  • Use of force, damage caused by external influences

  • Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual

  • Non-compliance with the installation instructions

  • Partially /completely dismantled appliances

How to claim your warranty?

You can process warranty requests and make inquiries via emailing support@obodetech.com when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any other issue you’re experiencing. We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your obode products may have caused.

Warranty information tips:

Please kindly provide the below information when you claim your warranty:
  • Order ID/Receipt: You can find this in the order history of the account the purchase was made through.

  • Model Number: You can find this on the packaging or bottom of product. Model numbers help us identify the exact make and model of your product more accurately than a product name would.

  • SN: The SN is a series of digits, and can be found under the dustbin. It’s located on a sticker, tag, or printed directly on the product.

Any claims shall under the Limited Warranty, is subject to you notifying us of the alleged defect within a reasonable time of it coming to your attention and, in any case, by no later than the expiry of the Warranty Period.

Warranty Remedy

Once you provide the purchase proof &serial number and contact support team within Warranty period, your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, as below listed:
  • Repair your product

  • Replace your product with new product

  • Provide to you refund depreciated based on the month you used of your product price (shipping cost and tax not included)

Any Products that parts are repaired or replaced still enjoy the remaining original Warranty Period. The replaced or repaired product, as applicable, will be returned to you as soon as it is commercially feasible. All parts of the product or other equipment that we replace will become our property.

If we confirmed the product is not covered within the above warranty remedy, we (and our authorized service company) will repair your product by using equivalent new parts and we reserve (and our authorized service company) the right to charge shipping and handling fees.
